Our client is a global leader in the technology space with strong footprint in the Asia-Pacific region The Singapore Regional HQ is located at Raffles Place. They are now seeking to hire an Accounting Specialist for the role of:
Accounts Executive (Basic $3800 ~ 4200 @ Raffles Place)
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of full set of accounts
- Complete daily ledger entries and financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles
- Vendor Invoice approvals
- Analyse monthly financial statements
- Preparation of accurate and timely financial reports
- GST / VAT preparation
- Ad-hoc duties when assigned
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Min 3 years of accounting experience
- Diploma in accounting or Level II of ACCA
- Strong in double entries, cost centre expense allocation, accounts receivable and account reconciliations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner and independent
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks especially during accounts closing period to meet tight deadlines
- Competitive basic + AWS + VB (historical average 1~1.5 months)
- Hybrid with mobile and transport allowance
