Corporate Banking Relationship Manager - Agnostic
Our client, a leading bank is seeking an experienced Corporate Banking Relationship Manager specializing in Diversified Industries to join them. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as the ability to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of clients in different sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients within the diversified industries segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the bank's client base.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic financial guidance and customized solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Structure and negotiate credit facilities, including term loans, revolving lines of credit, and other financing arrangements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit risk, legal, and product teams, to ensure timely execution of transactions and delivery of high-quality service to clients.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients and the bank.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to corporate banking activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, business development activities, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA qualification preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in corporate banking, with a focus on relationship management and business development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of corporate clients and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including lending, treasury, and capital markets solutions.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing corporate banking activities.
