Our client is an renowned international financial institution who is seeking for an L2 Desktop Support to cover the APAC region.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level tech support to Asia users.
- Raise High-Severity Incident requests for major incidents.
- Implement technical solutions for business needs.
- Support IT projects and maintain IT support information accuracy.
- Collaborate for continuous improvement of IT operations.
- Coordinate with Technology staff in Asia for local IT infrastructure.
- Handle IT governance and management tasks.
- Provide input on technology resource needs.
- Approve/reject local change implementations in production.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth hands-on experience with PC hardware, mobile devices, tablets, Zoom VC system, softphones, and peripherals like printers and scanners.
- Expertise in Windows OS, iOS, and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge and preferably hands-on experience in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, NetApp NAS filer, and computer networks.
