L2 Desktop Support

Our client is an renowned international financial institution who is seeking for an L2 Desktop Support to cover the APAC region.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st level tech support to Asia users.
  • Raise High-Severity Incident requests for major incidents.
  • Implement technical solutions for business needs.
  • Support IT projects and maintain IT support information accuracy.
  • Collaborate for continuous improvement of IT operations.
  • Coordinate with Technology staff in Asia for local IT infrastructure.
  • Handle IT governance and management tasks.
  • Provide input on technology resource needs.
  • Approve/reject local change implementations in production.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth hands-on experience with PC hardware, mobile devices, tablets, Zoom VC system, softphones, and peripherals like printers and scanners.
  • Expertise in Windows OS, iOS, and Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge and preferably hands-on experience in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, NetApp NAS filer, and computer networks.
