Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor SAP HRIS CloudHR project.
- Participate in project kick-offs, workshops, and meetings to gather requirements, document processes, and define project scope.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate any issues or changes to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including project charters, communication plans, and user acceptance test (UAT) plans.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the new SAP HR system.
- Work with technical specialists to configure and test the SAP HR system according to project requirements.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP HR features and functionalities.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Delivered HR SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent projects
- Delivered multi million projects
- Strong project management, change management and facilitation skills
- Communication and presentation skills to C-levels
- Good understanding of Technology and infrastructure
- Work closely with the PMO team, collaborate with the various cross functional teams, manage content and planning for project meetings, support revenue tracking and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and vendors to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes
- University Degree in information Technology, PMP certified, SAP or SAP SuccessFactors or workday certified
- Strategic planning of HR application not limited to HRIS
- Contract management and negotiation.
