Job Description:
- Able to work in a flexible, dynamic, fast growing ADG organization which serves customers across the globe and in key markets.
- Candidate will be part of ADG Division, Central Operations Team, in Singapore and will need to collaborate with Front End Fabs in Singapore & Europe, Back End Plants, OSAT's and Division Product Engineering Teams in Europe & Asia.
- Candidate will have to be highly motivated and able to work with colleagues in different countries and collaborate to improve cost, quality & service for ADG Business needs.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Material Science/Engineering
- Familiar &/or having knowledge of Wafer Fab operations, process flows, parametric (T84) & electrical wafer testing (EWS)
- Knowledge in DoE, FMEA, SPC & 8D
- Ability to work/lead cross functional team's
