Job Description
- Design and development of PLC control system software, sensors and user interface
- Evaluate, add to and improve existing code to meet requirements for flexibility,new features, and maintainability.
- Participate in electrical wiring and routing of control panels and machinery
- Design and plan electrical/electronics systems, communications and data.
- Maintain systems for installation, integration, and operation.
- Research and develop new technologies.
- Establish equipment specifications and requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug and commission control systems of machinery and equipment
- Implement best practices.
- Develop project plans. Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate project deliverables.
- Available for travel to support customers by both reviewing specifications and providing on-site integration and validation.
- Generate Project Documentation
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma with relevant experience
- Good knowledge in electrical & electronic design
- Knowledge in automation control system & PLC programming
- Knowledge in industrial Digital, Analog I/O control is a plus
- Knowledge in stepper/servo control is a plus
- C,C# programming experience.
- Person with the right experience especially in motion control can be considered for a senior position.
