As Inside Sales Executive, you are the face to our customers. Your tact, sensitivity and professionalism strongly influence customer satisfaction and Sonepar’s prosperity. You partner with the sales team to generate sales, provide excellent customer service, and smooth day-to-day operational support to your customer accounts.
What will you deliver?
- Works with outdoor sales & project team to develop and implement opportunity response plans i.e. activities, deliverables, milestones etc. in alignment with our Sales process.
- Assist in preparing sales quotation, respond to customers’ enquiries including quotations.
- Handles post-sales follow-ups or enquiries from customers.
- Support in the preparation and submission of tenders.
- Maintaining the administration of tenders.
- Preparing, maintaining and review tenders related files and records, the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
- Ensuring that project requirement needed Project Team is fulfilled accordingly.
- Providing administrative support to the Project Team when needed.
- Coordinate with customer service team to ensure processing & follow up customers’ Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate shipment procedure between customers and internal customer service team and monitoring of delivery schedules.
- Work with internal team to support and resolve customers’ issues.
- Assist outdoor sales to grow the company’s business opportunities by identifying prospective customer.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications
- Preferably with at 2 to 3 years of experience
- Service-oriented mindset and good customer service skills.
- Fast paced environment, able to multi-task and handle high volume workload.
- Good team player with ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Meticulous and organized.
- Proficient in MS Office
