Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, oversee the process of providing TCM services in the company.
- Responsible for patient safety and patient care, and the SOPs that facilitate these Objectives.
- Ensure that staff and facilities are in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Plan and participate in the training and development of staff, monitor and track
- performance of staff.
- Participate in strategic planning and business plans.
- Handle, resolve and communicate complaints and incidents.
- Provide Chinese raw herbs knowledge and support for business needs, clinical staff and patient enquiries.
- Work closely with TCM Physician on raw herbs knowledge.
- Review and improve standards of medical services, innovate and implement ideas.
- Conduct interviews, onboard and training for WYN employees.
- Manage WYN’s related matters including but not limited roster/schedule, leave application, assist & provide monthly commission & payroll required information.
- To manage WYN raw herbs stocks.
- To achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth of WYN.
- Any adhoc duties assigned according to business needs.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and operations management or a similar role in health supplement/healthcare industry and/or retail with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present findings effectively.
- Knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
