Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers, creating a positive atmosphere.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on fashion trends to offer expert advice to customers.
Sales Generation: Approach customers, upsell products, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Visual Merchandising: Help maintain an attractive and organized sales floor.
Stock Management: Assist in receiving and organizing new merchandise.
