► The essential job duties:
- Organisation and implementation of events, including but not limited to trunk shows, product launches, dinners and exhibitions inside and outside of boutiques
- Manage gifting & client treatment plan with boutiques to develop and grow VIP client base
- Design and execute domestic and overseas experiences for clients that communicate brand values and resonate strongly with their target audience
- Manage budget resources efficiently, executing projects to achieve target budget and ROI
- Participate in annual budgeting process to drive the commercial and communications direction of the brand
- Use insights on market and brand trends to position Dior’s client communications for competitive advantage
- Provide business analysis & reporting to communicate about client, project, and commercial performance as necessary
- Lead the Client Marketing Team and work closely with the local and HQ stakeholders
- Any other duties/matter which may be assigned from time to time by your reporting manager
► Work Experience
- Previous 5 years experience in luxury good and service-related industry is preferred for this role
