Responsibilities
- Liaising with related counterparties after trade executions
- Contract issuance and post fixtures operations
- Ensure timely receipt of L/Cs from customers and issuance to sellers
- Preparing full sets of shipping documentation and negotiation of L/Cs
- Ensure invoicing, payments and receipts arranged in a timely manner
- Maintain and manage operations records, files and databases
- Handle vessel operations for vessels for the transaction
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in operation, familiarity in Nickel Ore or Petrochemical products (Aromatics, Olefins, Ethane, Ammonia) will be added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Strong communication and written skills in English and Mandarin to handle clients of different Nationalities
- A dynamic and effective team player who is innovative and forward thinking
- Able to work independently and multi-tasking
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Knowledge of UCP rules and L/Cs
