Main Activities:
• Full spectrum of HR functions, payroll, leave management, disciplinary action, day to day operations
• Handle MOM work passes, prepare employment, confirmation and warning letter etc.
• Responsible for personnel movements, regularly prepare HR reports
• Monitor and regularly filing of employee’s personnel files
• Segregation of Employees Contracts, certificates and other documents in the personnel files
• Work passes and quota administration
• Calculate employee overtime and commission.
• handle office administration, such as order stationery, pantry replenish, uniform, courier services.
• Organize company event.
Qualification:
• Min Diploma with 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Excel functions and payroll functions
• Preferably with knowledge in Oil & Gas or Process industry
• Familiar with Employment Act and other statutory requirements and legislation
