- Responsible for setting quality engineering goals for the Small
- Directs and controls new product introduction process from quality engineering perspective at Small Ag & turf Asia Manufacturing factories.
- Reviews qualify performance for the units on regular frequency.
- Guides Small Ag & Turf Asia factories to develop and implement ISO standard processes in alignment with internal Quality and Production System requirements.
- Communicates with Product Support and Marketing organizations to understand the customer sentiments.
