Responsibilities
-Generate sales among client accounts, including disruptive and cross-selling
-Operates as the lead point of contact for assigned customers
-Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts and stakeholders
-Communicates & understand client’s needs and demands in timely manner
-Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
-Maintain good relationship with clients while managing the projects to meet the goals
-Identifies opportunities to grow company’s business
-Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent services
-Leadership skills to delegate tasks
-Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
-Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
-Contract negotiation and close agreements to optimize profits
-Keep records of client transactions & reports
Requirements
-Minimum bachelor’s degree preferred in IT field
-Independent and Team Leader
-Strong communication skills
-Fluent in both Chinese and English; spoken and written
-Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
