Job Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Resourceful individual and a good team player.
- Positive and willing to learn, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
Job Specifications:
- Support Marketing and Sales teams in all marketing and customer support activities.
- In charge of order processing from order entry until shipment.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time delivery.
- Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are complete and comply with import and export regulations.
- Attend to queries relating to shipping documents.
- Assist in developing, maintaining, enhancing existing customer relationship and handle customers' complaints.
