Job Description
- Account management for company accounts and designated accounts (AR statuses, new requirements, pricing updates, credit limit adjustments, etc)
- Follow up and execute on quotations, product information, account action / remedy plans and ensure product sales cycle completion
- Follow up with vendors and coordinate with sales team accordingly to meet buy in date and price targets (trade purchases)
- Provided information, feedbacks, and reports to the sales manager
- Effectively collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and liaison with customers on sales and stock aging monitoring
- Creation of sales orders loading
- To assist in billing process
- Updating of vendor prices (3rd party contractor management)
- Update on AR aging receivables statuses from customers
- Any other necessary adhoc duties assigned
