IT Business System Analyst
(1 year renewable/convertible contract)
Working Location: Yio Chu Kang
Working Hours: Office Hours, Mon - Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and formalise user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation, analyse functional specifications work with functional consultants and developers to coordinate the work, track the progress of the work
- Design integration flows focusing on the use of reference architectures and best practices
- Document and maintain integration services and interface specifications
- Identify and resolve integration issues with vendors and internal IT teams
- Lead in preparation of test scenarios, conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT) and the activities in UAT phase
- Prepare user manual and operations manual and plan & facilitate training of users and operators in using the system
- Manage and escalate critical issues such as scope creep with the relevant managers
- Maintain good rapport with customer to manage their expectation in terms of project scope & schedule.
- Provide consultancy and advice to the business solution. Anticipate, quantifies and resolves problems and issues related to requirements
- Provide consultancy to the team on IT products and tools, including interconnectivity and relationships between the tools
- Guide the team in understanding the system architecture design and information architecture design
- Provide advice to clients in a specific domain to review the business process and propose improvements and ICT solutions to meet their needs
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- 5 years of IT experience in business analysis and technical integration
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle or SCRUM
- Experience in Salesforce product implementation
- Understanding of Product Implementation process and methodology
- Experience in supporting/developing Bespoke web applications
- Familiar with MS SQL and .NET, Salesforce development tool
- Familiar with Project Financial, Resource Management and Project Management tools
- Professional Certifications in TOGAF and AWS is advantageous
