Job Description
The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) is seeking a candidate at the rank of Lecturer (Educator Track) to teach electrical and computer engineering courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidates with expertise in areas related to artificial intelligence and machine learning, software systems and programming languages, and computer engineering will have an advantage.
Education is a core mission of NUS, and the Educator Track of faculty positions has been conceived as a career progression path for excellent teachers and educational leaders. Besides teaching, the candidate is also expected to contribute actively to service roles and the Department’s outreach efforts.

Where available, please also provide evidence of teaching ability such as student feedback of all courses taught, peer review reports, and a summary of courses taught. Other materials, such as those related to past curriculum development, pedagogical innovations, development of teaching material, etc., may also be included.

Qualifications
The successful candidate must have an earned doctorate in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or an allied field. PhD students who are about to submit their PhD theses are also welcome to apply.
Some record of disciplinary research (particularly research that informs teaching) is considered an advantage but not a requirement.
