Senior Manager (Building Environment Engineering Project)
- Plans, directs leads and manages the Project, Engineering, and Installation sections to achieve its annual financial & non-financial goals.
- Manages overall project, engineering and installation operations and the optimum utilisation of the units of resources to meet all goals set.
- Experienced in Smart Building Solutions and Services, Integrated Smart Building Management, Master System Integration and Facilities Maintenance
The Role:
- Develops, monitors, and controls divisional annual operating budget.
- Establishes and tracks key performance indicators.
- Manages the development and leadership of Project, Engineering, and Installation Professionals.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures together with other departments in achieving its objectives.
- Develops implements and direct programs to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the department.
- Evaluates performance of the department and implements corrective actions to improve the results secured.
The Desired Skills:
- Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree sin Electronics & Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in the management of building services operations and/or engineering projects in the building environment sector.
- Relevant experiences in Smart Building Solutions and Services, Integrated Smart Building Management, Master System Integration and Facilities Maintenance
- Experience in managing a large engineering division.
