Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This role is mainly for the pre-sales and post-sales application support for LC and LCMS products.
- Conduct hands-on application development and troubleshooting with LC and LCMS.
- Efficiently develop and optimize analytical methods, workflows and application notes for a variety of samples, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Provide technical support by understanding analytical needs and conduct training for customers
- Conduct product demonstration
- Participate in the product development initiatives, offering insights and recommendations based on your application expertise.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or life sciences.
- Proven hands-on experience of minimum 3 years in LC is required. Experience in LCMS/MS will be an advantage.
- Must be willing to travel in ASEAN and South Asia region.
