Your day-to-day role
1. Analysis and Monthly reporting
- Assist the business controller for month-end closing tasks: review of accruals, monthly reporting to HQ, region or local management
- Assist in preparing the P&L by country/channel/door to aid the strategic distribution decisions
- Work with the controller and sales team to analyse the effectiveness of promotional campaigns
- Work with the local markets to understand and analyse the key drivers of growth and risks vs. last year and last forecast
2. Forecast/Budget Preparation
- Help in data collection and consolidation of forecasting information
- Assist the business controller in consolidated package reporting for global/regional purpose
- Perform in-depth analysis on appropriate focus for the business (trend per door, sales seasonality, stock-holding, profitability by channel…)
3. Data Analysis
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Review of controlling procedures and update as needed
- Streamline reporting processes
