Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee carpentry installation projects from initiation to completion
• Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
• Conduct site visits and assessments to determine project scope, timeline, and resource requirements
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services necessary for project execution
• Manage project teams, including carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors, to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions
• Oversee quality control and inspection processes to maintain high standards of workmanship
• Interpret blueprints and construction plans to meet project specifications
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials (wood, fiberglass, drywall, etc.) according to requirements
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, molding, and hardware
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience as a project manager in carpentry and renovation works
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and equipment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
