PIF Capital is a Small Medium Enterprise (SME) focused consultancy firm, which has a singular aim to help SMEs across every sectors and globally, to fast track their companies’ growth leveraging on the know-how and execution of Capital mechanism. We wanted to develop not only convectional but Capital Entrepreneurs. We are creating a vibrant Asia Capital Community with our membership program and via our curated events, whereby we openly and generously share to proliferate the ‘’power’’ of capital. Through our deep understanding of the pain points of SMEs, we tailor-make our consultancy program to hand hold aspiring SMEs to prepare them for their exciting corporatization journey toward public listing (IPO) and beyond. We are expanding rapidly and we look forward to having aspiring personnel to be part of our growing strong team.

Event and Community Manager
The Event and Community Manager will consistently deliver exceptional service to our client through excellent operational, community management and logistical facilities management. The role requires strong operational understanding and practical experience in event logistics and venue management. As the lead for event management, you will need to keep the new attendees and existing clients engaged weekly with content. You must be comfortable in the front line and strike a conversation with clients. An extroverted attitude is a must.
This role will report directly into the Head of Branding and Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Involved in event planning, coordinating & management
- Responsible for ensuring smooth execution and operations on site during events
- Compile post event reports
- Assist in preparation of proposals, research and presentations with design team
- Manage logistics, resources, and suppliers for events.
- Involved in basic setup and dismantling of event
- Maintain relationship with existing customers and grow the community
- Build new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (Chinese preferred for overseas event)
- Able to multi-task at work
- Strong team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe photoshop and illustrator would be advantageous.
- May be required to work beyond normal working hours / weekends.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event management or marketing communications
- Prior experience in an event or PR agency setting will be preferred
