PIF Capital is a Small Medium Enterprise (SME) focused consultancy firm, which has a singular aim to help SMEs all over the world, to fast-track their companies’ growth by leveraging on the know-how and execution of Capital mechanisms. Duties and Responsibilities
- Experience in advising on corporate finance matters including fund-raising projects, M&A, capital restructuring, takeovers, etc.
- Execution of corporate finance / M&A / advisory mandates, including pre-IPO / private equity investment in both sell side and/ or buy side capacity
- Able to lead IPO and co-ordinate IPOs, M&A exercises, etc.
- Familiarity with SGX listing rules and accounting policies.
- Relevant knowledge of or listing experience in overseas exchanges will be useful.
- Perform financial due diligence for M&A purposes.
- Vast knowledge in budgeting, financial forecasting, cashflow analysis, financial analysis etc.
- Review and monitor regular reports to track all ongoing and pipeline deals.
- Well experienced in reviewing and preparing pitch decks, investor decks, term sheets, etc.
- Highly driven with tenacity to drive results and adhere to deadlines.
- A leader who is able to engage key stakeholders and communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous with an eye for details. Closely monitor and comply with all deliverables to stakeholders.
- Liaison with lawyers, external auditors, internal auditors, tax advisors, sponsors, key decision makers etc.
- Ability to source and originate corporate finance transactions would be an advantage.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
- Qualified Accountant &/ with Big 4 audit background and past tenures with MAS-licensed corporate advisory firms would be favorably considered.
- Minimum of 6 years corporate finance experience or 10 years relevant experience; with at least 3 IPO project advisory track record
- In-depth knowledge of SFA rules & regulations, guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities, risk management control, listing rules, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
