The Murex team at ING works in (Agile) Squad methodology. This is an IT DevOps engineer position, you will be part of the Murex Squad / Singapore team that works on development projects for Front Office, Bank Treasury and provide BAU and EOD support in Asia timezone.
SELECTION CRITERIA
1. Required Skillset / Knowledge
- Clear understanding of Murex architecture and its core services.
- Good knowledge of financial market products and their lifecycle.
- Knowledge of workflow
- Knowledge of Murex Datamart
- Good Linux scripting skills
- Familiar with coding in Python
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL along with experience in performance tuning
- Hands-on Murex Test Environment Setup
2. Experience / Competences
- At least 3-5 years of Murex Experience on development and configuration
- Experience of working on major project implementations
- Experience of BAU and EOD production support with good troubleshooting skills.
- Experience of working on major production incidents.
- Experience of translation of user requirements into Murex application and demo to users.
- Ability to bridge the communication gap between business and IT
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Experience with the (agile) scrum development methodology
