- Responsible for all the cost estimates for Marine/Coastal Tender Projects.
- Participate in value engineering and determining the price of the service.
- Assist in projects to check and ensure timely upstream claims to clients are maximize to the company interest including variation order.
- Update on any major contractual status, arise after discussion with project sites and any changes in project budget and to ensure accurate.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 8 years of contract management experience in Marine/Coastal Projects.
- Hands-on experience from pre-contract stage to post-contract stage.
