:Teeth is looking for a Creative Director who can deliver world class ideas and push boundaries of creativity within the team. You must be concept-driven and comfortable selling your work to clients of all levels.
The Role
As part of a fast-growing boutique agency, you will be responsible for driving best-in-class creative thinking across a wide range of business challenges and iconic brands.
You must be willing to take the lead on conceptual and hands-on (art) creative work across a range of briefs – local and regional.
And able to work with external creative agency partners and collaborate effective to create outstanding work.
Requirements
13+ years of experience as a Creative (with an art director background) in established agencies across Asia Pacific and be familiar with developing campaigns for diverse consumers and cultures.
Have an award-winning background in art and be a brilliant storyteller.
Be able to identify the strategic and conceptual direction across various projects, and clearly present those ideas to the team and client
Have experience in best-in-class conceptual thinking + full 360 degree campaign execution.
Have a combination of digital and traditional creative experience in your portfolio.
Have experience working with global alcohol brands and creating world class brand experiences.
Have managerial experience – as a senior member of the management team you must be able to manage teams and lead the creatives.
