Responsibilities
· Inventory management
· Responsible for sales and profits for your category of products.
· Packing and delivery standards.
· Attend to order-related enquiries by customers, as well as handle operational exceptions.
· Ensure online grocery orders are processed accurately and delivered on-time.
· Supervise and train a team of Retail Assistant in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and manpower rostering.
Requirements
· Diploma/ GCE ‘A’ level/ Higher NITEC/ GCE ‘O’ level
· Retail or Warehouse experience is a plus
· Independent, meticulous and team player with good leadership skills
· Hands-on person and service-oriented
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with smartphones
· Must be able to work 6-day work week, rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
· Able to start work immediately will be preferreD
