1. Accurately input data for local and overseas purchase orders;
2. Checks on costing before all PO creation;
3. Implement Merchandising System:
- Masters merchandising program/checklist. OTB, delivery schedule, monitoring holding stocks and sell-through.
- Updates all price changes (PCM) promptly.
- Creates SKU.
- Generates and print price tags.
- Updates changes to merchandise plan in the system as and when required.
4. Co-ordinates merchandise for photoshoot;
5. Prepares memos, letters, reports and agreements/contracts and file the same. Maintain files to ensure that all filings are current; and
6. Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
Requirements :
- Meticulous in handling data and ensuring accuracy in all tasks performed
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- Able to commit 5–6 months
- 5-day work week, 8.30 am – 6.15 pm
