Our client is a Swiss biopharmaceutical MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Event Coordinator to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in Central - easily accessible.
The Responsibilities for Event Coordinator are:
- Oversee regional marketing and medical events and initiatives in accordance with regional guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate marketing and medical events, covering planning, financial allocation, and implementation (such as registration, logistics coordination, contract management, travel arrangements, accommodation, catering, and provision of meeting materials) while adhering to predefined budgets, protocols, and regulations.
- Conduct venue research for events, solicit proposals from service providers for necessary logistics and materials, and negotiate pricing. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations through diligent follow-up with all stakeholders.
- Provide administrative assistance and oversight, including generating purchase requests or purchase orders in the accounting system, managing contracts with proper filing
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field with minimum 5 years of working experience
- Proficient in English to manage different stakeholders
- Able to start work immediately
