MORNING's concept store prioritizes the customer experience above all else, striving to provide an unparalleled journey for each visitor. Our primary focus is assisting customers in discovering their perfect cup of coffee from our extensive selection of coffee capsules. You are expected to welcome customers into our spaces, engage, listen and guide customers to products that are relevant to them. We are currently seeking an individual who can embody this commitment to customer satisfaction while also guiding our team in delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Performance, Operations and Customer Care
- Use empathy to engage and understand customers’ needs while guiding them to products that are relevant to them
- Provide a seamless shopping experience, and ensure that all items are available in store
- Responsible for day-to-day retail operations and work with the store manager to drive sales performance
- Cashier duties using POS system to process payments, exchange and returns
- Support the store manage in general store administration, and ensure compliance with procedures such as goods inbound, transfer, and cashier balancing
- Maintain a clean shopping environment
Requirements (Full-time)
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably with products requiring specialist knowledge and demonstration-based sales techniques.
- You should love coffee! Coffee knowledge is a bonus, but not required.
- Open to working various shifts, and able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Demonstrates problem solving skills
- Holds genuine dedication to retail and the ability to work autonomously
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Shopify)
Requirements (Part-time)
- Minimum 16 hours per week, with at least 1 weekend
- Preferably at least 6 months commitment
- Staff must be open to work on weekends and on public holidays
- You should love coffee! Coffee knowledge is a bonus, but not required.
