The Sales/Business Development Executive reports to the Director and is responsible for the below
- Communicating with clients closely to identify their needs and requirements.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to create sales opportunities.
- Relationship building with current and potential clients.
- Developing and presenting proposals for client’s business needs.
- Ensuring customer service with regular client follow up.
- Overseeing the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing of contract.
- Innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business to attract new clients.
- Identifying and exploring opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
- Review opportunities and challenges in accordance with the Company’s direction.
- Communicate with multiple internal stakeholders clearly and accurately on client requirements.
