Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for portfolio companies, offering tailored advice on
strategic and operational matters to drive success. - Facilitate collaboration within the Brands ecosystem, maximizing value
exchange and support from relevant stakeholders. - Guide portfolio companies through token listings, including strategy development and
stakeholder engagement. - Work with internal teams to secure resources and expertise for portfolio companies,
ensuring strategic alignment. - Monitor performance of portfolio companies, providing strategic recommendations to
optimize growth and success.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business and product strategy within the technology or
blockchain industry. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in the blockchain and crypto industry. Candidates
with less experience will be considered as a Associate Portfolio Manager. - Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including tokenomics and
cryptocurrency trading principles. - Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build
relationships across various functions. - Strategic thinker with a track record of facilitating business growth and product
launches. Flexible and adaptable, capable of navigating complex ecosystems and providing
actionable guidance to diverse companies.
