Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of the operation, including but not limited to pre-opening, guest and employee
- satisfaction, manpower management (service and kitchen), financial performance, legal and compliance, sales
- and marketing, branding, SOPs and delivering a return on investment for owners
- Responsible and accountable for both top line and bottom-line results, managing budgets and cashflows and involved in strategic decision making for organizational growth and development
- Work with colleagues and relevant departments for marketing, procurement, project management and other projects as and when required
- Leasing negotiations and sourcing for franchises on behalf of the company
- Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of key and strategic business partner relationships
- Negotiate with external parties to obtain terms that are most favourable to the company
- Strategize with management for future growth both in Singapore and other parts of the region
- Main liaison for any new business leads and follow-up
- Manage new business ideas and/or leads with constant check-ins with management
- Source for interesting ideas and deals personally
Requirements:
- Degree / Professional Certificate in Hospitality & Tourism / F&B related discipline
- At least 8 years of relevant managerial experience, preferably in fine dining concepts
- Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills to respond to the changing business trends
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team within a diverse and dynamic environment
- Service oriented with a keen eye for detail
