CSSD (Central Sterile Supplies Department)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Stationed in the Central Sterile Supplies Department, you will be deployed to different stations- decontamination, assembly, inspecting, wrapping and sterilization of the dental instruments
- Clean and wash dental instruments
- Sort, assemble, protect, pack and label the dental instruments sets according to the checklist
- Perform validation and sterility tests
- Operating of washer (disinfector)/ steam sterilizer
- Document and verify sterilization loads
- Store and issue sterile instruments
Requirements
- Minimum PSLE and above
- Candidates with no prior experience but keen to learn are welcome to apply
- CSSD experience will be an advantage
- Comfortable with handling heavy loads/items up to 7-10kg
- Comfortable with staggered shift duties (730am-5pm) / (830am-6pm)
