Typical Duties:

  1. Provide administrative support.
  2. Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
  3. Data entry as well as filing and sorting of documents.
  4. Candidate must be willing to be involved in marketing and sales activities.
  5. Provide good sales leads.
  6. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Honest and has good work ethics.
  2. Pleasant personality and able to work independently without supervision.
  3. Good working attitude and able to work under pressure.
  4. Highly motivated and willing to learn new things.
  5. Meticulous and possess good problem solving skills.
  6. Experience in Microsoft suite of products in particular, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint is highly regarded.
  7. Excellent written and spoken English is highly regarded.
  8. Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly regarded.
