Job Descriptions:
- Comply with and follow in-house GHP/GMP standards during work.
- Ability to handle heavy loads.
- Prepare items according to established in-house procedures.
- Monitor CCPs and document in the provided checklist.
- Ensure safe and proper operation of machinery.
- Properly clean and sanitize machinery and utensils before and after use.
- Assist in supervising and training junior team members in the production line.
- Ensure that all produced products meet Finished Goods Specs.
- Verify and ensure the quality and quantity of received items are stored correctly.
- Maintain inventory oversight to guarantee sufficient food ingredients, packaging supplies, and finished products.
- Fulfill other ad-hoc duties as required.
