What the day will look like
1. Local client advisory and service
• Client relationship executive for local clients
• Discover client’s needs in holistic manner
• Set service scope and expectations
• Advise client on risk management and general insurance issues and offer potential solutions
• Advise on local statutory insurance requirements
• Design, place/renew and manage insurance program across various property and casualty lines
• Ensure policy administration matters are carried out accurately and timely, including invoicing and collection
• Review insurance program performance, perform claims analysis and offer risk improvement recommendations where possible.
• Review client’s contractual insurance requirements
2. Multinational client servicing – collaborate with overseas Aon Producing Offices to service local operations of multinational companies, such as
• Setting service scope and fee according to AGCN guidelines and tools
• Coordinate with and report to Aon Producing Offices
• Administer covers provided by global insurance programs
• Utilize IT platforms for global account management
• Communicate client’s global risk management philosophy to local client
3. Delivering Aon United (DAU)
• Propose solutions across risk, insurance and other solution spaces that Aon offers
• Engage various Aon business units, specialties and regional resources to deliver appropriate Aon United solutions for clients
• Keep up to date on Aon IQ and wide range of cutting-edge solutions across all Aon business units
• Execute and utilise client-related value propositions, systems and processes including (but not limited to) Client Value Creation Model (CVCM), Aon Brokers Guide, Global Account Management System, Aon WorkComp.
4. Co-service with senior colleagues on major accounts, such as being Regional Coordinators for major accounts with operations in APAC
5. Achieve organic business growth target within existing portfolio
6. Comply with company procedures and processes
7. Any other roles and responsibilities assigned

Skills and experience that will lead to success
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree
• General Insurance academic qualifications, ACII would be advantageous
• At least 4-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Independent, proactive, efficient
• Meticulous and able to multi-task
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant and positive personality, adaptable to changes
• Possess good analytical mind with strong intuition for business
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A strong teammate
