About the job
Based in our Singapore office, the Projects Manager role will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve coordinating internal and external resources to ensure projects align with established scope, schedule, and budget. Additionally, you will analyze project status and make necessary adjustments to meet requirements effectively. Your ability to establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders is crucial, as you will provide regular updates on project progress and any changes.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initial requirements gathering through scoping, cost estimation, procurement, planning, preparation, system design, drawings, manuals creation, implementation, and deployment phases
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during project deployments, ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Monitor resources to ensure timely delivery to meet schedule planning, encompassing procurement, logistics, and engineering aspects
- Take responsibility for system design, drawings, manuals, implementation, and deployment, ensuring adherence to project requirements
- Actively participate in discussions with stakeholders to ensure design acceptance and successful project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Project Management, Engineering Management, or a related field such as Maritime Studies, or Information Technology Management
- Prior experience as a Projects Executive/ Manager or in a related position is highly preferred
- Basic technical knowledge on networking system and IT system is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong capabilities in client interactions and teamwork

- Singaporeans or Singapore PR only
