Job Description
1.Execute, advise and negotiate on Project Finance deals.
2.Liaise with external and internal relevant stakeholders, assess risk factors and provide possible solutions.
3.Structure and handle financing solutions tailored to specific needs of clients.
4.Prepare credit applications (quantitative and qualitative client analysis), credit renewal and undertake periodic review of assigned portfolio.
5.Active management of the overall risk profile of assets throughout project life,including ongoing monitoring of client and project conditions, proactive risk identification, recommendation of risk mitigants, and management reporting.
6.Assist in industry related research and strategy exercises such ad development of new growth areas, country strategies and industry benchmarking.
Job Requirements
1.Education: Recognized University Degree acceptable to the Bank.
2. Capabilities:
(1) team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and willingness to collaborate across multiple teams.
(2)good credit and financial analytical skills with the ability to independently prepare and present credit analysis.
3. 3-5 years' relevant experience in corporate banking and related industry preferred.
4.Demonstrate good knowledge of corporate bank products, especially project finance preferred.
