Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that standards and relevant regulations are observed
- Assist to execute Quality Program for all the operating sites/departments
- Participate and facilitate in manufacturing practices such as Gemba Walk, Internal Audit and Continuous Improvement Programs
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit/quality reports
- Conduct or assist with quality training sessions
- Create training materials and operating manuals
- Generates and manages the Gideons information related to CoA and product recipes,
- Ensures timely update of customer or product information that are used to create CoA or labels to customers
- Manages the suppliers information to SIMX for mapping/conversion so that the information could be utilized for Gideons CoA/labels creation,
- Ensures timely csv files are created and uploaded for suppliers who are not providing text based or PDF CoA ,
- Attend to and resolve CoA/eCOA/xml creation issues reported by both internal and external customers
- Interact with relevant stakeholders to implement or amend customers' eCoA requirements
- Generate and ensure implementation of IT change request to improve the Gideons information relating to CoA generation
- Assist in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality goals/KPI
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Quality Assurance or relevant certificates
