Network Development
• Define network development (New Territories and Organic Development) in collaboration with Operations Director, affiliates MD
• Business Process Owner for Company investment tools. Assess the tools developed / used by JVs
New Territories
• Carry out strategic studies on development of service stations in new territories or massive expansion in existing territories
• Business Expert for brand license agreement, co-branding, retail business plan and restructuring existing networks
• Provide assistance and expertise for the creation of retail activities
Organic Development
• Validate APMO retail investments: challenge/assess consistency and strategic interest. Validate the economics and post investment analysis
Validate solar projects and support delivering APMO solarization target
Retail Strategy and Operations
• Collaborate with affiliates to design Retail strategy to achieve annual budget ambition.
• Support and ensure implementation of the strategy defined.
• Implement company policies on retail and operational tools to ensure operational excellence on the field
• Perform ad-hoc retail analysis when required
Network Excellence - Performance / Optimization / Retail SIS
• Analyze network performance, identify improvement KPIs and validate recommendation with DOs and MDs
• Perform specific analysis for retail activities in affiliates when required and develop dedicated network reporting
• Contribute and challenge LTP assumptions with affiliate management team to achieve APMO ambitions
• Recommend financial / organization / operation optimization to improve retail profitability
• Define and recommend Retail IS for APMO affiliate, support MD on implementation, follow through on appropriation and usage
Fuels Strategy and Operations
• Coordinate with Technical & Logistics to ensure fuel technical and HSE compliance
• Develop comprehensive marketing fuel strategy and positioning for each Affiliate including communication
• Coordinate fuel marketing programs, including new product launch
Experience & Qualifications Required:
• Commercial or technical background. 15 years prior experience in retail operations / marketing, development and SFS
• Strong analytical and project management skills. Strategic thinking, diplomacy and ability to persuade and influence while in a "matrix" managerial position
