Our client is from Freight Forwarding industry. They are looking for a HR Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in East.
Duties:
- Partner with departments to develop HR strategies and execute special HQ projects.
- Handle complex employee relations issues and oversee performance management and onboarding.
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes and support succession planning efforts.
- Post job advertisements using UKG Recruitment module.
- Ensure compliance with policies, manage payroll vendors, and renew insurance policies annually.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop impactful solutions and policies.
- Generate reports on trends and metrics for HQ and APAC HR collaboration.
- Ensure all procedures align with company policies and best practices.
- Undertake any additional assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Min Degree in Human Resources Management
- Min 5 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding industry
- Experience in Full Spectrum of HR functions is required
