Job description:
· Develop strong relationships with leaders and line managers to provide support, advice and solutions in day-to-day people matters
· Engage, partner, and consult with recruiting partners to meet the talent acquisition needs for the organization with KPI timely and effectively
· Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding (i.e., sourcing, draft job description, interview, assess candidates, salary proposal), employee relations (i.e., grievance handling) and offboarding (i.e., exit interview)
· Conduct internal assessments vs Tripartite standards, make improvements, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations for employment handbook, HR policies, work pass applications
· Prepare presentation documents, communicate, and explain to employees about HR policies such as working arrangement, workplace safety and other HR policies regularly
· Partner with Recreation Committee to provide advisory and support for company-wide recreation and CSR activities
· Manage expat tax filing by working closely with appointed tax agent to provide data timely and accurately
· Manage organizational change information in each department, update and make relevant reports
· Initiate operation improvement which includes streamlining current workflows, system processes, and HR digitalization
· Other ad-hoc projects, administrative duties, and task support to HR Management team as and when needed
Requirements:
· Minimum degree holder in HR or relevant field of study
· Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in HR generalist roles
· Self-motivated, positive, resilient and work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
· A good team player, resourceful and be able to work independently
· Highly organized, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize to meet tight datelines
· Good facilitation, communication, and presentation skills to present to senior leaders and in front of large audiences
· Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to develop recommendations for appropriate actions based on data analysis
· IT skills in system process enhancement and digital related areas will be advantageous
