Sourcing Manager

This position is primarily responsible for directing and coordinating activities in the purchasing of IC semi-conductor components.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic sourcing & procurement, supplier qualification, commercial negotiation and ordering of electronics components, such as IC chips, active electronic components, passive electronics components,etc;


2. Evaluated quotes with internal stakeholders / users / internal customers for suitability and resolve any questions or issues;


3.Purchasing role consisted of evaluate and process purchase requisitions (PRs), quick RFQ, scheduling, process / issue Purchase Orders, monitoring / following up delivery, expediting delivery with suppliers or forwarders, ensure shipment schedules timely delivery are updated in ERP database and Purchase Orders closure in ERP database;


4.Good relationship with the semiconductor industry's traders, EMS, OEM, rich working expirences in electronics components industry, and familiar with the process of the electronics components distribution;


5. Good understanding with the supply chain management.


Job Requirements:

1. Education background: Possess in a related major, such as procurement, logistics, business administration, etc,.


2. Work experience: 5 years or more of procurement experience in the electronic component distribution industry, and more than 2 years of management experience.


3. Skill requirements: proficient in the procurement process, familiar with the electronic components market, able to respond keenly to the shortage of global electronic components supply and make corresponding procurement strategies, have excellent negotiation and communication skills, be good at dealing with problems and decision-making, have leadership.


4. Professionalism: serious and responsible work, good professional ethics, good at teamwork and coordination.
