· Prepare month-end & year-end closing journals;
· Compile financial reports for management in accordance to policies & procedures;
· Ensure bank sheet reconciliations are completed on a timely and accurate manner;
· Prepare daily cash balance report and daily bank statements for abnormalities;
· Prepare quarterly GST submission;
· Supervise respective Finance sections and ensure timely submission of all related reports and compliance to policy & procedures;
· Assist in all audits of the hotel
· Coordinate and manage the annual budget, forecasting process from preparation to execution;
· Attend to Corporate/owner queries and requests;
· Compile and assist in survey forms required by agencies
· Other duties as assigned.
Key Job Requirements
· Minimum - Diploma in Accounting / Finance
· Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in hospitality industry (an advantage)
· Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
· Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems
