Basic Functions:
- New instrument mechatronics design and control system.
- Technical support and Maintenance for existing instruments.
Duties:
- Design instrument based on the project specification.
- Generate Bill of Material, Schematics and Wiring diagrams.
- Liaise with suppliers on components selection and procurement.
- Carry out In-house system integration, testing and commissioning.
- Create operation and maintenance manual for instrument designed.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance support for the existing instrument.
Requirements:
- Ability to Program and Debug the Automation Systems Control Logic and HMI
(Human Machine Interface), to support the overall control of the equipment and process.
- Good Knowledge in HMI, PLC, Motion Control, and Industry Field Network.
Ability to : Programming (Control and HMI) and system integration.
Knowledge of : HMI, PLC, Arduino, Raspberry PI, Motion Control programming.
Education : Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Software, Bioengineering (or) Diploma with relevant industrial experience.
Experience : Min 3 years in Software development using HMI, Microcontrollers, HW boards, PCBs.
