Associate Medical Director - (2 days/week)

Join our client's dynamic team as an Associate Medical Director, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of exceptional medical care and clinical services. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong leadership skills to oversee various aspects of our healthcare delivery system. Reports directly to CEO of the group. Provide oversight for patient care and ensure the Brand facility adheres to local healthcare laws and regulations.


Location: Central

Work Arrangement: 2 days/week (1 weekday + Saturday)

Setting: Intergrated Medical Centre

Salary: Basic + Commission


Key Responsibilities & Duties


Clinical Activities Management:

  • Lead and supervise various activities involved in delivering medical care and clinical services.
  • Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Implement robust quality assurance measures to uphold excellence in healthcare delivery.

Clinical Protocols Establishment:

  • Uphold clinical protocols, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and high-quality patient care.
  • Drive adherence to established protocols to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement Drive:

  • Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for ongoing enhancement.

Leadership for Nursing Staff:

  • Provide visionary leadership, support, and guidance to our dedicated nursing team.
  • Establish and maintain standards of professional practice to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Facilitate the professional development and growth of nursing staff members.

Overseeing Group Physicians and Clinicians:

  • Supervise the activities of group physicians and clinicians to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Play an integral role in the recruiting and credentialing processes for physicians and clinicians.

Key Requirements

  •  Medical Degree and active medical license in Singapore
  • Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine
  •  Board certification with SMC
  •  Strong business development & relationship building skills.
  •  Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  •  Commitment to patient-centred care and integrated healthcare.
  •  Passion for innovation and a forward-thinking approach to healthcare.

Work Experience & Skills

  •  Min 3 years of private sector experience in clinics or Hospitals
  •  Prior experience in clinical leadership or medical management roles is preferred.
  •  Exposure to functional and lifestyle medicine is an added advantage.
