Job responsibilities:
- Execute enrolment strategy in according to plan. Work closely with Centre and Marketing teams to increase conversion from leads to enrolment for assigned learning centres in Singapore.
- Present the I Can Read offerings and unique selling propositions to target consumers.
- Research and update management on consumer and competitor activities.
- Implement promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular updates/reporting to Management on sales performance.
- Use and maintain systems and sales tools available.
Experience and qualifications:
- Diploma and above in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing.
- At least 3 years demonstrated experience as in sales role.
- Preferably from B2C sectors such as Education, Retail or Hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP software.
