Job Scope:
Kitchen operation from food preparation to final production.
Cooking food with quality.
Following instruction and duties assigned by Chef / Sous Chef.
Cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
5.5 Day week - Split Shift - Lunch and Dinner Service
Monday - Friday: 10.30 - 2.30pm/ Break/ 5.30pm - 10.30pm
Saturday Lunch Off / 4.30 - 10.30pm
Sundays Full Day Off
